Automotive Top coat is a durable, high gloss auto refinish lacquer with good resistance to weathering, yellowing, ordinary detergent wash, petrol and lubricating oils.
| RAP630 is kind of High-concentration, high gloss vanish, it has a good chemical and weather resistance to ensure durable gloss. Suitable for overall refinish or partly repair. Use together with RAP500 Hardener series. | |||||||
| 1. When the temperature is lower than 15ºC,air-dry is not recommended, it's better to dry in baking room at 60ºC | |||||||
| 2. When the temperature is higher than 30ºC, you should add Retarded in thinner to avoid blushing. Please refer to the retarded technical detail. | |||||||
| 3. When fisheyes appear during application, please add 0.5-1% anti-silicon in the remain paint and re-spray. | |||||||
| 4.At the edge of old paint and new paint film, you can apply Joining agent as to achieve a perfect transition. Please refer to the joining agent technical detail. | |||||||
| 5. When mix with hardener, varnish should use out soon and can not store for future use. | |||||||
| 6. Use thinner to clean all spray tool immediately after application, or it will hard to clean when drying. |

5, Can you please advise what is your minimum order value? We would like to send small quantities for testing & evaluation purposes, an initial order/ minium seashipping is 1 pallet = around 60 cartons can be combined with different items by seashipping
6, Regarding the customers' label on the product - what are the MOQ per item? We can OEM customers' label or brand, the cans factory demand each can shape minium is 5000 pcs, for examples: 1L round cans = 5000 pcs, 4L round cans = 5000 pcs, 1L square cans = 5000 pcs, 4L square cans = 5000 pcs.etc.
7, Can you do paper labels / stickers with smaller qty We can also do paper labels/stickers, the label/sticker cost each is USD0.50/pc for the cost additionally, the minium qty each cans is 1000 pcs.
8. How about your package? For 1liter our carton is 12 pcs, so better 12 cans each , For 4 liter our carton is 6 pcs,so better 6 cans each. Customized Packing: We provide customized packing to our customers
